From April 24 to 26, Campinas becomes the epicenter of the music industry with a new edition of Trends Brazil Conference, the most important event in the sector in this country. This meeting brings together professionals from all over Latin America, and the world, to discuss the present and the future of music, with a program that includes panels, workshops and flash talks, among others, that revolve around the great challenges and opportunities of the current musical ecosystem.

This year, Random Sounds will be present with the participation of Mark Meyer, Founder & CEO, who will bring his experience in technology applied to digital distribution to two panels of the program.
Mark will participate in the panel “Music, Global Market: How to Internationalize Your Music”, together with Chaz Jenkins (Chartmetric), Joe Aboud (444 Sounds) and Eduardo Parça (TikTok/Soundon). The conversation will revolve around the opportunities offered by the digital age for artists of all sizes, and how to build fan communities around the world. The appointment will be on April 24, from 14:00 to 14:55 (Brazil time).

The second panel, “The influence of the Latin market in the world and opportunities for Brazilian music”, will be held on April 26 from 12:00 to 12:55, and will be attended by Bono Da Costa (Latinoamerica360), Chaz Jenkins (Chartmetric) and Bruno Boulay (BB Consulting). With simultaneous translation, this session will explore how Brazil can take advantage of the global growth of the Latin market, also addressing technological tools to monetize music and prevent fraud.
In addition, Mark will participate in a Fireside Chat in Portuguese/Portuñol on April 26 at 16:30, and will be available for a Meet&Greet April 25 at 17:00.
At Random Sounds, we celebrate these instances as part of our mission: to promote the development of technologies that promote the independent industry. With 11 years of experience, our vision combines cutting-edge digital distribution, anti-fraud tools and solutions designed for those who lead the music business of the future.
